Barbora Borotová is a doctoral student at the Department of Spatial Planning, Institute of Management, Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. The focus and research within the doctoral study is focused on the field of cultural heritage in spatial planning and strategic management. The specialization is devoted to smart development strategies, where these are explored as a tool for capitalization of cultural heritage values, preservation, adaptation to spatial development, and their optimal use. Currently, cooperation with the city of Šibenik is underway within this focus, which was established within the framework of CEEPUS mobility.
