The Study Visit at the Institute of Management STU, held within the framework of the DREAMER project, was successfully completed.

During the first two days, the organisers hosted expert contributions from:

  • Prof. Maroš Finka, Director of the SPECTRA Centre of Excellence
  • Assoc. Prof. Vladimír Ondrejicka, Project Manager
  • Patrik Žák, Deputy Mayor of Trenčín
  • Vladimír Škola, EU Project Manager

The invited experts shared practical experiences—both achievements and challenges—related to project management in territorial development in Slovakia.

The final two days concluded an inspiring and knowledge-packed programme.

Participants had the opportunity to attend a presentation by Adam Filo, former project manager of the BIDs Zwirn development, who shared insights from leading this transformative project.

The programme also featured an engaging discussion on professional project management practices with Peter Mikoláš, PMP – President of the PMI Slovakia Chapter.

Throughout the visit, participants contributed to the ongoing development of the educational module under the DREAMER project, including discussions on content structure, digital delivery formats , and collaborative teaching methods .

The agenda also included a visit to EIT Manufacturing in Vienna, where participants explored the features of cross-border innovation and the challenges of managing such initiatives.

The visit provided meaningful opportunities for networking, knowledge exchange, and team-building among DREAMER project partners. This event was co-funded by the European Union.
