The DREAMER Project (Development and Reconstruction Empowerment through Advanced Project Management Education and Research), funded by the Erasmus+ program, is a collaborative initiative aimed at transforming project management education while supporting Ukraine’s post-war recovery. Coordinated by the SPECTRA Centre of Excellence EU at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (STUBA), the project unites leading universities from Slovakia, Romania, Poland, Ireland, Croatia, and Ukraine to address global challenges in sustainability, digital innovation, and education.

Key Objectives of the DREAMER Project:

  • Rebuilding Ukraine: Equip future project managers with the skills to lead €1 trillion worth of reconstruction efforts in Ukraine.
  • Educational Innovation: Introduce challenge-based and student-centered learning approaches focusing on green and digital skills.
  • International Collaboration: Strengthen academic partnerships across Europe and Ukraine to foster knowledge sharing and joint research.
  • Sustainability: Integrate environmentally conscious practices in project management education to align with global climate goals.

Highlights:

  • Development of 32 ECTS worth of advanced project management courses tailored to clean energy, digital transformation, and sustainable development sectors, available in English and Ukrainian.
  • Creation of open-access e-learning materials and a comprehensive pedagogical guide to ensure long-term impact.
  • Special programs for war-affected individuals in Ukraine, supporting displaced students and professionals.
