Sila Ceren Varis Husar, PhD, during her Erasmus+ staff mobility for training, visited the University of Stavanger’s School of Business and Law, specifically the Center of Innovation. During her visit, she presented a seminar on her postdoctoral project, SASPRO2 REGINNO, titled “Journey of a Postdoctoral Researcher during Regional Innovation Capacity Research.” The seminar was well-received and facilitated by Prof. Rune Dahl Fitjar, the head of the research center, who also assisted in coordinating additional meetings with scholars from the University of Stavanger. This engagement provided Dr. Varis Husar with valuable feedback on her research from esteemed academics, notably Prof. Tom Broekel, enhancing the depth and scope of her ongoing work.

In addition to the seminar, Dr. Varis Husar took the opportunity to introduce both the STUBA Institute of Management and the SPECTRA Center of Excellence to the faculty at the University of Stavanger. Her efforts aimed at fostering future Erasmus+ agreements and establishing future research collaborations between the institutions. This visit not only strengthened academic ties but also opened avenues for potential joint research projects and academic exchanges, enriching the collaborative landscape between the institutions.
