Nataliia Yehorchenkova is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava, and a researcher at the SPECTRA Centre of Excellence EU. Her expertise lies at the intersection of project and programme management, spatial planning, and digitalisation, with a strong focus on data-driven and AI-enabled approaches for urban transformation and sustainability. At SPECTRA, she coordinates the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module PM4U (Project Management for EU Urban Transformation in the Context of Climate Change and Energy Transition) and contributes to major international initiatives, including DREAMER (Erasmus+) and STICS (Smart Transformation and Innovation Consortium Slovakia). She has extensive experience in international teaching and capacity-building activities, and her research outputs include peer-reviewed publications indexed in Scopus/WoS, as well as applied tools for education and practice.
