Oleksii Yehorchenkov is an associate professor at the FM UK. He is responsible for the operation of the GIS laboratory. He holds a PhD and a Doctor of Technical Sciences degree in Computer Science, specialising in project and programme management. He has worked at several Ukrainian universities, including Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, in positions such as associate professor and professor. He has participated several times in the Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility programme and is involved in the Erasmus+ KA2 project “dComFra – a digital competence framework for Ukrainian teachers and other citizens”. He also served as a visiting lecturer on the course Information Processing and Data Analysis for Master’s students at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts (Germany). He has published more than 100 scientific papers. In addition to his university activities, he is involved in various commercial IT projects, mainly related to the digital transformation of enterprises.
